Birthday Party Performer Teach FUN Science To Kids! No science background is necessary as we will train you in all you need to know to animate our unique brand of fun, hands-on science.   Get kids EXCITED about Science! Click on "Video" in the toolbar above to get a better idea of what you could be doing as a Mad Scientist!   Job Description Birthday Party Performers take our unique brand of fun, hands-on science into homes, community centers, restaurants, country clubs and anywhere else a child's party may be held. Parties are particularly popular in the Mad Science Laboratory located in Innsbrook. As a Birthday Party Performer, you will lead the kids through 6 to 10 demonstrations and activities during the 45 - 60 minute entertainment. Following the entertainment, you will assist the kids in making a science project - Slime! Science Putty! or a Super Bouncy Ball! Some parties add additional activities like Hovercraft Rides, Rocket Launches, Cotton Candy Making, Bubbling Potions with Dry Ice, our Electric Lab and more!   Position Requirements Do you have availability on Friday evenings and Saturday or Sunday from 10am to 6pm? Do your friends describe you as energetic, mature and responsible? Do you have your own RELIABLE transportation? Do you have experience with groups of elementary school children? Can you pass a criminal background check?
