March 2011 - School Assembly Show - PTA e-mail: "We recently had a presenter, Brian Crandall from Mad Science, do assemblies and workshops for our 5th and 6th grade classes. This was probably one of the best shows I've ever had the privilege of helping bring to a school.
"The show (and it is indeed a performance!) features music, dancing, jokes, fun and a whole lot of science. This is not a science "lecture" - there is a lot audience participation; it is really one of the most entertaining performances I have seen at a school. That the kids are actually learning something is wonderful; the teachers can go back and expand on what the kids saw. I had kids THANKING me for bringing him to the school. My own daughter called it "epic." Teachers were thrilled - some snuck in the second assembly because they heard it was so much fun and the kids were so jazzed about what they were seeing. I was in the hallway at a different school event last night and a 6th grader came up and said, "He's coming to my OWN classroom on Tuesday!" It's a rare thing to see kids that excited about anything!
"Teachers have asked me if we can expand this to other grades next year. "

January 2011 - Birthday Party:
"Dan was AMAZING! I am a teacher and I have had some of the kids that were at the party. They can be challenging and Dan handled them beautifully. Thank you!"

January 2011 - Party Request Form:
My son absolutely loved the Mad Science program that was offered at his school, Cherry Lane Elementary. I don't want to host the normal party. I can't stand Chuck E. Cheese and wanted to do something different. ...I thought this would be a great experience. My son loves science in part because of this program. Dorene Parent - Airmont
June 2010 - Party Feedback Form:
Comments: Dan's science show was a big hit with our 9 yr old and his friends. The parents were entertained (and amazed) as well. Best kid party I've ever been part of!
Any Suggestions?: The show was perfect length for the kids, but I would have loved another hour of experiments. Very entertaining!

April 2010 - E-mail from Party Mom:
Hi Jane,
Hope you got my rambling message last week. I was finally able to sit and write out an email.
The party was awesome! Katja is an asset to your company. She was punctual, professional and kept the kids in line with humor and patience like Ive never seen. I had parents commenting after the party how great she was and what a super time they had just watching the kids interact with her. This was such a great option to do other than a bowling alley or roller skating party. It was a super experience and Im looking forward to hopefully another Mad Science party next year.
Sincerely,
Christin Nosenchuk

April 2010 - e-mail from Party Mom:
Thank you so much for a wonderful party! The kids loved it (almost as much as the adults). It was amazing how Brian could keep such a diverse group of kids so engaged for an hour!
I know at least two of the guests are asking for a Mad Science party of their own for their birthdays.
What a wonderful day. Thanks again!

Subject: Re: Mad Science Robotics camp @ Felix Festa, 7/20
Hi, I just wanted to pass on how much my son, Sam Abers, really enjoyed the Mad Science programs at Felix Festa over the past few weeks. This was in large part to the excellent instructor, Jesse - he was a lot of fun, totally on the brain wave of the kids, taught them a lot of things, and was good at communicating with parents. I just wanted to pass on our thanks to him and the program for a great experience.
