Children attending a full day course are asked to bring a packed lunch to be eaten in a supervised area during the lunch break. Those attending a half day session should bring a snack to have during the morning/afternoon break.
Bookings & Cancellation Procedure
- To secure a place, you will need to pay upfront by cheque or debit/credit card. Please note a card transaction fee of £1.50 will be incurred for debit cards, £3 for credit cards.
- If you need to cancel your place, you will be refunded providing it is more than 30 days from the course start date.
General
- Mad Science reserves the right to cancel a camp if the minimum number of applications is not received.
- Mad Science reserves the right to exclude any child who is disruptive to the extent that it affects the safe running of the show.
- A confirmation of your booking will be sent to you once a booking form and deposit has been received.
- Where any pupil or parent/guardian of a pupil, has a complaint about any aspect of the course, he/she should address the matter immediately in writing to the Operations Director. Our aim is always to ensure we delivery high quality programmes. Where we are aware of a problem, we will endeavour to rectify it immediately. No recompense can be considered for any issue which was not brought to our attention at a time when it was possible to still resolve the issue
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure the club runs as advertised, Mad Science reserves the right to change the content of a session without any prior notice.
