Payment Terms and Conditions

• Fifty per cent of the total Mad Science Party charge must be paid at time of booking and the remainder should be paid at least one week before your child’s party.
• Mad Science will always do our best to accommodate our customers’ party requirements, however, customers are advised to place party bookings as early as possible to secure their chosen date, time and party options.
• Payment can be made by credit/debit card by telephone on 08454 75 75 07 (calls charged at local rates) or 01483 901500; you can send a cheque payable to ‘Mad Science’ and post to Mad Science of South East England, Kings College Guildford, Southway, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 8DU.
• The Mad Scientist attending your child’s party will bring any party bags which you have ordered. Should you require these in advance of the party we will charge you for postage.
• We regret that booking deposits are non-refundable, however, we will transfer deposits to alternative dates, if required.
• Mad Science does not provide food of any kind for parties. Our Mad scientists will neither provide food for your children nor supervise their food breaks.
• In compliance with statutory obligations, each of our Mad Science presenters is required to have CRB checks. Whilst our Mad Scientists are trained to manage groups of young children it is your responsibility to ensure that a responsible adult is present at all times and that children’s behaviour is managed.
• If the children’s behaviour prevents the Mad Science presenter from delivering the presentation to our required standard the presenter reserves the right to discontinue the presentation and the cost of your party will not be refunded.
